And much more!

These crops grow at varying times throughout the year so it is possible you will be employed in more than one area.

We only work with farms who provide the opportunity to achieve a wage return of at least the Horticultural Award levels of payment.

  • What do I need to start work?
    * Working rights in Australia/VISA. This will need to be completed through the department of Immigration. You cannot start without it. * Tax File Number - this can be applied for through the ATO. This can be provided to the farmer up to 30days after you start but during this time the tax rate is higher. * Australian bank account - so that you can be paid by the farmer. * Superannuation Account - the farmers pay your superannuation directly into this account. If you don't already have one set up the farmer can assist.
  • Does all work count towards my working visa?
All farm work in our region counts for working Visa's. We can ensure your working days are recorded so that you can claim your visa extension. Please ensure that you receive and keep all your payslips
  • How many hours will I get and what is the rate of pay?
Hours can vary depending on the farm and weather but as a guide 35-50 hours. Rate of pay is at least the Horticultural award. As at 1st July 2022 - the rate is $26.73 per hour plus superannuation.
  • Do you guarantee I'll get a job?
We partner with a number of farmers in the Bundaberg region so farm work is available year round. This work is generally outdoors so can be weather dependent. The farmers rely on us to provide them with hard working and reliable employees. They expect a fair days work in return for a fair days pay.
